Tips & Tools

SAVE PHOTO CARDS

When you want to design a Picture Plus card, click on the “Save Picture Plus” button at the top of the page to save the card as a Picture Plus card.

PREVIEW

Click on “Print Preview” for each panel, to view how the card will print. In some cases, photos and borders might get cut off when printed, and you can make adjustments by viewing “Print Preview”.

CARD DRAFTS

Cards automatically get saved in Drafts (under “My Cards”) every few minutes, if you’re looking ”Drafts”. You can also click “Save Drafts” to save your card.

SENDING TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS

If you create a card that you want to send to several recipients, you can do that while addressing the envelope by clicking “Multiple Recipients” (select the names from your Contact Manager list).

SHARING CARDS

Go to “My Cards”, place a check in the box located at the bottom left part of the card thumbnail (you can send more than one card at a time), type in the customer number (include a “r” before the customer number) or the Distributor number in the “Share with user id” box and click “Share Selected Cards”.

EASY FIX FOR MISTAKES

There is an “undo” button above the card (next to the card thumbnails) when you are in the Card Editor. The “undo” button looks like a semi- circle arrow. If you accidentally delete text or you do something else in error, the “undo” button is available.

SAVE FAVORITE CARDS

SendOutCards’ card catalog is ever expanding. New cards are continuously added.  Others are taken out of the card catalog on a regular basis.  By saving your cards, you will be able to continue using the card even if it is purged from the card catalog.

To save your favorite cards, click on the “Add to Favorites”

To access your saved favorite cards, click on “My Cards” and then “My Favorites”.

SIZING PHOTOS AND TEXT BOXES

Text boxes and photos can be sized to fit or moved anywhere on the inside and outside of the card.

  1. Click on the picture or text box or the text to make it active (turns yellow when active).
  2. The “handles” (blue line and blue square boxes in the corner) surrounding the picture or text box or the text allow you to change the size or move the object.
  3. When your pointer (cursor) hovers over the “handles” and becomes a two-headed arrow: you can change the size and shape of the object.
  4. When your pointer (cursor) hovers over the “handles” and becomes a four-headed arrow: you can move the picture or text box or the text to its new location.
  5. To rotate the box, click on the rotating symbol located at the top-middle part of the “handle”. You can drag this “handle” to change the angle of the object.
